Founded by filmmaker and technologist Frederic Lumiere, Lumiere Media, Inc. has grown from an independent production company into a diversified group spanning film, television, archival media, digital publishing, technology, and talent management.

Throughout his career, Frederic has operated at the intersection of storytelling and technology, often combining both within the same projects. He co-conceptualized RED Digital Cinema with Jim Jannard, built Lumiere HD (the first HDV editing plugin), and has produced, directed, and edited documentaries for History Channel, National Geographic, Cinemax, TF1, and Military Channel. The group's work has earned Emmy nominations, international festival awards, and critical acclaim, including a 360-degree immersive film installation at Arromanches in Normandy. Based outside Philadelphia, PA, Lumiere Media continues to build at the crossroads of story and innovation.
