MUSIC FADES.  VOICES RESTORED.  Steve looks at his watch.

                                   STEVE
                         Hey.  I've got an early meeting
                         tomorrow.  I really should get to
                         bed.

               Tracy gets up, suddenly reserved, and offers her hand.  They
               shake hands like businessmen.

                                   TRACY
                         Well, it was good talking to you. 
                         Good luck with everything.

                                   STEVE
                         Yeah.  It was really great meeting
                         you too.

               Tracy turns around and starts to walk out of the bar.  Steve
               watches her perplexed.
